So yesterday I went to listen to and look at a 3.slow to replace the broken one in my truck. Well the guy said there is 90,000 miles on the engine and it ran perfect so we (my dad and I) listened to it and we decided to go ahead and buy it. Well i went to pick it up today and the guy had it out of the original truck and hanging in his garage waiting to set it down in the back of my dads truck. He wanted $700 for it so i gave him the money and i took it home. So this weekend i will be swapping my engine so expect a thread with a ton of pics haha

Ohhhhh and this guy has like forty or more rangers sitting round just so he can have parts to build his project ranger so if any guys that live close to me need parts for any year ranger he probably has them so just om me if you need anything

But does he have any stock coils for a 98-00.

 

most likely...i think the truck he took my engine out of had coils on it and it was totally stock...im not sure tho but i can talk to him for ya...and he removed it and he did all the work for 700 i just had to pick it up n now i have to put it in...all the other engines ive found have had over 120 thousand on em n the were all over 800 bucks so i thought this was a pretty good deal
