Newbie here! Compatible Valve Cover Left Bank? 2007 3.0L
Hey all - I’m so confused. I have a 2007 Ranger 3.0L V6 U VIN 4x2 - but can’t figure out what years are compatible with this for a left bank valve cover. Ford discontinued this part (UGH!) and I’m in desperate need of one! I want to be able to open up my options. Any info is appreciated!
The 3.0l OHV heads were the same casting 1986 thru 2008(last year)
So any year valve cover will fit and seal the valve train
But you should probably stay with 2001-2008 for best match as I think they added some attachment points after 2000 or so
These were plastic and got brittle so were easily broken, which is why they are hard to find............in one piece, the old stock got used up pretty fast
