oil leak ???

oil leak ???
I'm doing some minor repairs(gaskets, broken exhaust studs ect...) on my 2000 trailhead ranger. My question is when I pulled 2 bolts from the drivers side exhaust manifold I had a fair amount of oil come out of the bolt holes. Is this normal? Are those two bolts pluging axcess to oil galleys?
