Maybe the gap opened up too far? Take them out and re-gap to .055 or .060 My first Screamin Demon gave me a misfire on cylinder 1 a couple weeks after I got it. Replaced it and now all is well.

It's possible. If you kept your old coil, swap it in and see what happens. That's how I figured out it was the coil on mine.

if doing a tune-up didn't fix anything, you might need to look into cleaning the injectors

its telling you it wants a supercharger

are 5 and 6 companion cylinders? directly across from each other on the block..

the wonderful system Ford uses for spark can cause 2 companion plugs to misfire if the coil is messed up.. I could be 100% wrong

Make sure you didn't mix the wires up. On my coil cylinders 5 and 6 are actually 6 and 5. So the series goes: 123 & 465. I ran the wires the wrong way and I had a huge misfire. I'm not sure if the 3.0 coil pack is the same.

I don't know off the top of my head. You don't have a Hayne's manual handy? Also make sure all the plug wires click onto the plugs.
