Periodic squeek from engine while AC on
I can hear a squeek about every 15 seconda but only when the AC is engaged and driving. Can't hear it when idling. I'm guessing it has something to do with replacing my serpentine belt. I installed an OEM Motorcraft. Would the cam synchro only squeek with extra load? Thanks.

Not hard if you do it the right way
The cam synchro is already timed to engine
So if you pull it out and set the new one up in the same position
Then put new one back in it will now be timed
The outside case needs to be in the same position
And the spinning part inside needs to be in the same position
So take pictures after the sensor part has been removed from the top of synchro, so you can see orientation of the outside case and inside tab or slot
Doesn't matter where the crank is, old sensor is already timed to it, you are matching its timing
