Alignment place needs to install the adjusters they don't come installed from the factory, Drivers side may have them but usually not passenger side

Kit for both front wheels seen here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-1998-2006-Ford-Ranger-Alignment-Caster-Camber-Kit-Dorman-81322TG-2001-2000/392125535935?epid=7023828122&hash=item5b4c80d6bf%3 Ag%3AyqQAAOSwgeRbnz0o&fits=Year%3A2002%7CModel%3AR anger%7CMake%3AFord

Local autoparts store should sell these, Dorman parts
You need 2 of the "pins" for each wheel, so 4 total to do both sides

Diagram of where they install: https://www.alignmentspecs.com/images/adjust/24.gif
What they do seen here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...ams/Camber.gif

Above has nothing to do with vehicle not being level
Do you have a history on the truck?
Has it been in an accident?
Frame could be bent

The truck was in an accident but only had some fender damage and a bent tire rod . Every panel seems to line up fine, but I'm no professional perhaps I can test it in many other ways.any other possibilities? If the frame is bent would it be possible to align the driver side wheel? Bent rim?

Did it sit level BEFORE the accident?

If it did then frame is bent now, the frame can get torqued, bent, from the weight of the engine and transmission continuing to move in a straight line when vehicle suddenly stops or is pushed sideways
The sudden movement is what does it

Yes, front wheels can be aligned if the A-frames and their mounting points are OK, and you install the above parts
Bent rim won't work

4-wheel alignment may not be possible with bent frame

Frames can be straighten if damage is not too bad, they use a laser to check the four corners of the frame and then use chains and jacks to torque it in the opposite direction to straighten it
