Please Help!!! Stalling Ranger

Hello,

I am new and desperate for some help. I have a 2000 Ford Ranger with 45K, it is a 3.0 flex fuel. My ranger initially stalled and would not start, so I took it into the shop. they replaced the fuel pump and after about driving it for 50 or so miles the check engine light appeared. I noticed that when I put a full tank of gas in the check engine light would go away and right around a half tank the check engine light would light up. I called the shop and they said that it is "getting use to clean gas." About a week later, my truck stalled when I was driving it and about five minutes later I started it back up and drove off. This pattern happened for a couple of more times before I took it into the shop. The shop said that there is carbon build up and they cleaned the fuel/emissions (replacing the EGR sensor and the valve). They said that there should be no problems. Fast forward another week and I am in the same situation. Has anyone out there seen/had this problem and if so what are your thoughts. I dont want to take my truck back to the shop because they have raked me for 2k already. Thank you and your input is appreciated. (Other input, the fuel pump whistles, is this normal? and they tested the battery and replaced the battery wires). Thanks

Update:

I took the truck to autozone and the code came back "Bank 1 Bank 2" The guy told me that it was the MAS, I don't think so from what I have read, but I ended up getting MAS cleaner and cleaned it really good. After reading posts on the forums I think that it might be something to do with the fuel injectors. What do you think about me running seafoam to clean the injectors, get rid of the build up etc. Please help!!!!!!
