Question 06 sport air condtioner lines

Question 06 sport air condtioner lines
I have just noticed the ac lines have a different route to the ac core on my sport vs the XL model. THe lines are exposed at the bottom. Is this standard on the sport? This does not look right to me. Hopefully my truck has not been damaged and the dealer re-routed the lines to this location.

Error on the type of lines. It is the transmission lines. Are all the 06 sports transmission line take this route?
