Ran self test 92 2.9

Been having fuel issues specifically running rich. Ran KOEO and got 96 which means my secondary circuit isn’t detecting power or something rather and KOER I got 22,42,77 which is map pressure is out of range, fuels rich (fuel control), and didn’t run goose test.
what would I go about doing to fix these?

96 - Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power
This means when the computer(PCM) grounds the fuel pump relay it is not seeing 12volts on pin 8, PCMs fuel pump monitor circuit

The fuel pump relay may be opening because it is losing its 12v or ground(from PCM) while driving, causing loss of fuel pressure, or fuel pump relay is failing
Or wire from fuel pump relay to inertia switch is loose or corroded

22 - MAP sensor out of range
This is also a big deal since the MAP sensor tells PCM how much fuel to add while engine is running
MAP sensor on a 1992 should be mounted to the firewall near main wiring harness, it has a Vacuum hose attached a 3 wire connector
Check vacuum hose to intake manifold it needs to be air tight, no cracks or leaks
Check 3 wire connector for corrosion
Replace MAP sensor if everything looks OK

42 - System rich

77 - no goose test
