Timing chain or belt?
Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum as I have recently purchased my 2007 Ford Ranger Sport. I absolutely love the truck and I intend keeping it for a very long time. I had a simple question about the motor regarding whether it has a timing belt or chain? Your replies would be much appreciated!

The truck is a V6 3.0L

its def going to be a chain... would be stupid to be a belt.... Ive always hated belts... very unreliable.

x2...my t-belt on my car snapped and left me sit...wasnt very happy
