3.0, what do I need to torque my rocker arm bolts to?

thank you, but it says 19-28ft lbs, how do I know what to torque it to specifically?

 

If you are looking for an exact number I don't know. However, most manufacturers will give a range as the one listed above, so anything including and between those 2 numbers will be OK. Or you can do an average by adding the 2 numbers, 19+28=47/2 =23.5. That would make sure you are right in the middle of the scale of the manufacturer's recommendation.
