Yes it was nice today. But of course my day got wrecked.

My question and my problem is this. When they made the 2001 Ford Ranger 3L V6. Did they not put springs around the shocks on the front end?
There is the top circle were a spring would touch. Zero spring there. What there is there is a shock in the center missing spring. Thats it. Both front tires are this way.

Is this the way it should be? Or am I screwed?

Got the answer to my own question.

I'm screwed without lube.

So pissed off I don't want to sit down

 

Sounds like you have torsion bars for springs. That's ok
