Squealing/Chirping Noise getting worse and worse...

ive been having the same problem i thnk.
mine makes a aawful noise at around 30 mph consistently.
its worse at night for some reason, meaning louder
tried taking it to the ford dealer ship, twice and first time, they said they didnt hear anything. second time their heard it, and said to come back sometime next week....arrrghhh
