starting issues

Hello all, I have a small starting problem. I have a 2000 Ranger, 3.0 and it is hard to start if it has sat for 2-4 hours. It starts immediately if it sits overnight and if it's within 0-about 2 hours since shut off. When I have the problem if I pump the accelerator it will start. I've checked fuel pressure, TPS, IAT and most other sensors and can find no issues. Codes are none. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Yeah, I'm wondering about that. I have to add injector cleaner every four or five fillups or they start clicking on me at high loads/rpms.
