Icon4 .... Still Needin' HELP on my '98

Hey Guys,
You guys helped me last time i was on here. Helped me change the 3 Co2 sensors. Took me a long time on that one on the drivers side, Wow what a bear !!!,
I'm back for MORE help If possible.... The 3 sensors got replaced BUT i still have "blinking check engine" light, goes on when i go at a slight upgrade or speed up a tad...... BUT it then goes away !! Not sure what to do next.... I have a SMOG chk for registration coming up SOON so I Have to fix or get it fixed at a Shop. Anybody know of an honest/reputable Business with Fair rates I can take it too ? I'm in Sacto.CA, 95838 area.
Thanks so much for all the help So far !!!!

1. Did you use a scan tool and clear the Check Engine light after you replaced the three CO2 sensors?
2, Have you driven the vehicle far enough to check if the computer resets the CO2 settings and if any codes return?
3, Do you have any trouble codes at this time?

A great video to help you check the O2 sensors that you installed:

@txsleds
You do realize that the "Mechanics Files" at CarTalk are way out of date, most of the shops listed there are no longer in business and haven't been updated in over 10 years.

t0mmyB,
I just e-mailed a longtime friend of mine living in Sacramento regarding a reputable repair shop. I'll pass the info to you as soon as I hear from him.

T0mmyB,
My friend in Sacramento said, "Johnny's Automotive in East Sacramento." 2430 MANNING STREET SACRAMENTO CA 95815 TEL: (916) 224-2916

Website: Johnny's Garage (johnnysgarage.biz)

Plus Code: JH68+2H Sacramento, California (Plug this into Google Maps for directions.)

If you have not cleared the check engine light, your local auto parts store can do that for you free of charge.
Hope this helps you.
