Yea my dad has a 97 ranger and has the pulley, e-fan, chip, and 4.10's its an auto long bed. He hauls a trailer for lawncare and land scaping with it all the time and it does just fine. He said the 4.10's made the biggest difference and the pulley helped as well. From what ive learned in modding my 03 mustang gt is that air intake mods are way overrated the best thing ive done for mine was a catless midpipe and a stage one cam. I dont know if its the same way on rangers or not.
