Truck Wont Start!!!

So yeah as most of you know i have a 2004 Ford Mustang now. BUT i still have the truck and my brother has been driving it. He is an idiot and doesnt seem to know that the red line next to the "E" on the gas gauge means there isnt enough fuel to continue driving. Well the son of a ***** ran it out of gas. He put more gas in it and now it wont start. Its not the starter because.....well you can try to start it untill the battery dies. The fuel system primes itself because i hear the pump prime when i turn the key to on. Also it gets fuel because i have been checking the pressure valve up near the intake and well i get pressure.

Any suggestions?!

The injectors could have gotten gunked up by running them so low they picked up some sludge stuff on the bottom of the gas tank and then ran dry.

You might have to help it start by using starter fluid, once it starts it should start sucking in the gasoline. Thats what happened with my dads 1991 Ranger.
