very rough start
alright, so i went on vacation for 2 weeks and came back to a dead truck. Jumped it, everything was fine.
Next time i started it, and ever since, it's been taking about 4-5 seconds to start, and then it runs fine! No roughness whatsoever. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be happening and why my truck would have completely died after 2 weeks?

1- The infamous door switch prabably stuck , leaving the dome light on and you didn't notice it .
2-Condensation in the fuel tank gathered in the bottom and worked its way through the fuel system.
3-After a dead battery , the PCM has to re-learn its' settings for fuel/air ratio at different RPMs.Give it a few days.

..aaand now it's back to being bad. it definitely isn't the battery or condensation because it's been a while. someone told me my fuel pressure regulator might be bad?
anyone have any suggestions?

i would put a bottle of heet in the tank and run it though and see if that helps before i start replacing parts. that way you will at least know its not condensation in the tank. and yes i know you have been running gas through it for the last 4 weeks. but some could be in there.
