Weird rough idle 04 XLT

So, I just got this Ranger after flipping my Explorer, 200k miles, and I'm slowly noticing a weird idling issue. When I turn the truck on, it idles at 1k RPM, then every 2 or 3 seconds, the idle gets rough for a slight rev, then goes back to normal. After it warms up, it idles at about 750 RPM, with the same random roughness.

Specs: 2004 Ranger XLT LWB (not sure it matters), 200k miles, 3.0 engine

I've read and searched a few forums, just can't seem to figure out a solid solution. Granted, I know the high miles doesn't help, just trying to ensure longevity in the truck.

Clean MAF sensor

Clean IAC Valve if MAF sensor cleaning doesn't help.

2004-2006 Ranger 3.0l engine did have a TSB for recessed exhaust valve seats but at 200k I think if you were going to have that problem it would have already shown up.
And this issue caused codes like P0300-P0306, and you don't mention any codes

Yeah. No codes since I got it. My father in law (mechanic of over 30 years) and I used a code reader just in case, no codes.

The weird idle is not really *that* bad, but noticeable. Most of my acceptance is knowing that it's a 13 year old vehicle, and 200k miles. I've watched videos, read forums, and my idle issue is 1/100th the problem of some other people I've seen. I'm keeping a close eye on it, and if it ever effects the driving we're going to check into it more.

Is it bad that I already have money aside in case there's ever a problem with the motor, to buy/put in a new one? I truly love this vehicle like I loved my old Mustang. And I've had many vehicles since then.
