What spark plugs?

I see a ton of options. What plugs work best with these engines? Not looking for top performance just solid reliable plugs for a work / farm truck.

Ford used Motorcraft, so its your best bet

Check with local Ford dealers, they often run "tuneup sales", I get motorcraft plugs and wires on sale for same cost as discount brands at local parts stores

You don't mention the engine you have

4.0l "eats" most other brands pretty fast, lol

Also unless you have a distributor, only use Regular Copper/nickle OR Double Platinum, never single platinum with a Coil Pack, half the plugs will wear out like regular copper

Coil Packs are used with Waste Spark systems which means 1/2 the spark plugs fire in Reverse, so single platinum coating only protects 1/2 the spark plugs
This is often why you will see 2 spark plugs listed for one engine, Ford install platinum tips and platinum centers which is cheaper than double platinum when installing millions of spark plugs, lol
When buying 4, 6 or 8 it doesn't make sense(cents)

Ford use Motorcraft AWSF32PP, PP at the end means double platinum, so this would be a 1995 and up part number, for Waste Spark

You could use
AWSF32 standard copper
or
AWSF32P single platinum TIP

Gap is 0.044"

Autolite is not a bad replacement
And I have no complaints about NGKs that I have used in the past
