You have a 2008 Ranger with 3.0l Vulcan engine, last year for the 3.0l engine in Rangers, or any other Ford for that matter
So part has not been made or used for 10 years, which means you will need to find used one at wrecking yard
I couldn't find your listed part number, but did find this number F87Z-19E708-AB
Ford parts dealers list it as 1998 to 2008 3.0l Ranger power steering bracket with AC
But some list it as 1998 to 2006, which is odd
Ford part numbers start with year the part was first used, so F8 = 1998, your part number starts with 7 which is 2007, which could be correct if bracket was different for 2007/8 model years
In 2000 Ford change to single digit for year, Y = 2000, 1 = 2001, 7 = 2007
Next number is 7 = Ford Ranger, in yours L5 = Ranger
So F87 = 1998 ford ranger part
7L5 = 2007 Ford ranger part
Parts year are not for that specific year, the year designation is when part was first used, so there could be a 1983 axle part number used in a 2019 vehicle, if its the same part no major changes
19E708 is a power steering bracket with AC part number, but for any Ford vehicle not specific to Ranger or 3.0l engines
I can't get good any hits with 7L5E-19E708 part number

I doubt you will find "new" old stock for that part
You can call local Ford Dealers and maybe they still have one sitting on a shelf, but I doubt it since it was not a known failure issue, so they wouldn't stock it
Wrecking yards will be the only places that may have it
