Power not sure, but I used to get about 250 miles or less to a tank. Now I push 300 easy.

It's amazing.

Thanks for all the love - Met a member locally and did some tweaking on his '07 SOHC. Can't complain, .98 to 1.0 STFT and 1.00 1.01 LTFT with plenty of bottom end. Was running 1.09 LTFTs due to E10 (Gasohol) that is now mandatory in these parts.

nice to hear so many good reports.. ive had the itch to get my 4.0 tuned, just doing some research beforehand!

sorry to threadjack, but would it be wise to get my exhaust work done before having someone such as fred make up a tune? thanks

this may be a dumb question, but do you need an aftermarket programmer to use a special tune ?

Either way, you could get a tuner now and use datalogging to determine if a custom tune is needed. Ideally, the "final tune" would be live, with all mods done - but in most cases, that is not needed.
