So I ordered tunes from Fred (BOSS3.0) and holy **** it woke my lil 3.0 up.

Power not sure, but I used to get about 250 miles or less to a tank. Now I push 300 easy.

Trucks been running awesome. No complaints. Engine and tranny have about 20k miles on them and now being tuned and all it rides like a dream.

Thanks for all the love - Met a member locally and did some tweaking on his '07 SOHC. Can't complain, .98 to 1.0 STFT and 1.00 1.01 LTFT with plenty of bottom end. Was running 1.09 LTFTs due to E10 (Gasohol) that is now mandatory in these parts.

Either way, you could get a tuner now and use datalogging to determine if a custom tune is needed. Ideally, the "final tune" would be live, with all mods done - but in most cases, that is not needed.
