Hey guys I was wondering if I could put a 3.0 from a 94 engine into my 2000 3.0

Yes, if its from a truck/van and not a car you should be OK
You need to change head gaskets if its a car 3.0l

You will need to swap front engine covers because the 1994 didn't have a Crank sensor, and you will use the 2000 crank pulley/balancer that has the tone wheel on the back for the crank sensor to read
Drawing here: https://static.cargurus.com/images/s...-1600x1200.gif

Also swap upper and lower intake manifolds, and swap in Cam synchro to replace distributor

Oil pan depends on 2WD or 4x4

You will want to put a label in engine bay denoting engine is a 1994 model as there are differences on internal parts

Changes in the 3.0l Vulcan seen here: https://therangerstation.com/tech_li..._0-build.shtml

Crank was different in 1994 but doesn't say the nose was changed, so 2000 pulley/balancer should fit on the 1994 crank
