electronic flasher 2019 ford ranger

Hello all,
I'm looking for a specific electronic flasher for LED turn signals for my 2019 Ranger. I've been searching but to no avail. Can anyone recommend it?

Does it even have a separate flasher? The way mine operate seems as if it is under the control of the vehicle computer.

Not an even flash, but one with a "hiccup" every so often, potentially at times the computer is more busy and postpones the low priority flasher control in favor of a higher priority "interrupt". I think there is a relay under the dash though. Sounds as if it is left of the steering wheel somewhere. Possibly just plugged into the fusebox, as they were on my old S10.

If so, check the manual for the fuse information. It should list the fuse or relay, and show what it controls, so you know which one to replace or check.

Yeah, it's the relay flasher I'm looking for. My LED turn signals are causing a hyper flash on the inside console. The outside flash is normal.

The question is whether the relay click is in time with the outside (which I assume) or the inside ones. Probably with the outside, in which case the console controller may be at fault (assuming there is one, as I expect there is).

If the relay is in time with the outside, then it is the console controller, if not, then I have no idea.

Are you 100% sure you have a flasher relay at all? You may hear a clicking, but it might be produced by the computer and sent through the speakers.

Absolutely not. Many vehicles today DO NOT have a flasher relay. It's controlled by the computer instead.

I'm just going with a cut-in resistor. The LEDs came with one but I really didn't want to go that route.

Anyway, thanks for all the input.

The issue with resistors is if the LED burns out (or otherwise malfunctions and doesn't light), the computer will still see the load of the resistor. In doing so, you will never get the audio clue that something's amiss when you use your signals.

The clicking in mine sure enough sounds like a relay. If not, it is a very good simulation.

The relay would be controlled by the computer.
