Hooking up old Sirius receiver to 2024 ford ranger lariat
Hi
i have an old Sirius Receiver i bought from ebay that has a lifetime sub on it & want to put it in my 2024 ford ranger
i have one in my 2010 ranger I know the Sirius antenna connection for that one is behind the glove box
but i'm not sure if the 2024 is the same so i can use the one on the roof but if i can't do that i guess I'll have to install the one that came with the radio
but my next question is where to put it i know on the outside would be best but maybe it will be fine putting it some where on the dash
also i don't believe the 2024 has an AUX input so i guess i will have to use the built in FM transmitter but is there a better way maybe bluetooth?
we don't drive everyday maybe twice a week so paying for Sirius probably isn't really worth it for the built in one on the 2024
let me know what you think thanks.
