1994 4.0 crank no start 🤔

Hi everybody,

My daily driver ( 1994 ranger 4.0 manual) stopped running on me the other day. Drove it home the night before with no indication anything was wrong, and went to start it the following morning and crank- no start. I've read through several of the threads and here is a list of what I've done trying to remedy it.

check battery-good almost 12.9
check fuel psi at rail. Good 35 psi key on.
installed new computer
installed new injection control module
installed new coil pack.
installed new crankshaft position sensor.
installed new fuel pump.
checked the fuel impact switch button thingy ( lol) in cab by passenger feet.
checked all engine compartment fuses and replaced relays.
Used one of the spark plug inline lights- ( good/ gettting spark)
noid lights show up tomorrow and will test injectors then.....

It cranks strong and and sounds like it hits maybe once, you let off the key and it immediately dies. There is no check engine light coming on at all.
i think I read in the chilton manual that the camshaft position sensor relays signal to tell injectors when to fire? But I haven't read any threads by anyone else claiming they have had that cause a no start? Anyhow I would really appreciate your thoughts on troubleshooting this....

i bought this this truck a couple years ago off of my dad, and it has really grown on me.
