2006 FX4 Will not start
2006 FX4 Will not start
There are no OBD Codes.
I have tested the battery and it is good
I have also switched and put in new relays.
I have also made sure the alternator works fine
I also replaced the starter with a brand new one.
The truck was starting just fine until recently.

Welcome to the forum
You mean it will not crank or turn over, I think, from what you have tested so far
So when you turn the key to START nothing happens, no starter motor
I assume automatic transmission???
There is a Theft light on the dash, looks like a Padlock, it should come on with key on and then go OFF, if it starts to flash then thats your problem, anti-theft system is preventing start up
Other things,
try starting in neutral instead of Park, transmission prevents starter from working if shifter is not in the right place, so loose shifter can cause this
Check fuse #21 in cab fuse box, 5amp, thats for START
Do you hear the starter relay in the engine fuse box "click" when key is turned to START

Yes I do hear the starter relay click
The anti theft does turn off as well
vehicle does not start in neutral
and yes this vehicle is automatic
And fuse #21 in cab fuse box?
Did you test it or swap it out?
Looking at it is no good
There should be a yellow/blue wire on the starter motor, smaller of the two wires(bigger red one goes directly to battery positive)
This yellow wire activates starter motor when it gets 12volts from Starter Relay
You can use a jumper wire from battery positive to the Yellow wire's terminal on starter motor, and starter should activate
If not then either Red cable is bad or the Battery's Ground cable to engine is bad, assuming new starter motor
If starter activates then you are not hearing starter relay "clicking", double check that
And check fuse #7 in engine fuse box, 40 amp, test or swap

So I ended up taking out the starter and I noticed one of the wires to the starter was corroded and was slightly faulty. However I will do the tests and check on the other things you mentioned so i can further prevent this from happening.
If it was the Red battery cable wire then I would replace it, these corrode from the inside out
Also have a good look at the Negative battery cable to the engine
In a DC voltage system(or AC for that matter) BOTH Positive and Negative cables have to pass the same amps
Starter motor needs 60-75amps quickly, if either cable limits that passing of these amps then starter can't work
