2007 Door info.
When I bought this 2007 Ranger I was told the drivers door had been replaced due to being hit and afterwards when I was looking at it I noticed the door sticker with the vehicle information was missing. Is there any where I can get a duplicate sticker for this P/U with the vehicle information? Thanks
If you look at anyone's stickers, you'll see the tire one contains little info and the one on the small door is vehicle specific.
Where certain under-hood warnings and trunk and jack instruction stickers are sometimes available, I'd bet these are not.
If you want an art project, I'll send photos of mine to a copy shop or some other neutral / non-personal number but remember, the data will be for my 2005, not your vehicle.

Well this one has the tire information on the small 1/2 door as did my 99 also but the one I would like to get is the larger one which has all the specifics such as axel ratio, paint color, date built, and so on. I was wondering if there is a place where I might get a duplicate even if it was just a paper copy for my information.
I bet a dealership could print it out for you.
There was a web address for Mopars (Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge etc.) where you finished the address with your VIN and a "build sheet" would come up.
I never heard of such a thing for any other car maker.

I got a call yesterday from the dealer that I bought the Ranger from and he said they still had the original door that they had replaced with the sticker still on it and I could have the door if I wanted so what I am asking is there a way to get the sticker off without ruining it? If not at least I'll have the info.
I've had success softening old stickers with a household sized steamer -one for cleaning grout etc., not a fabric wrinkle steamer.
Get plastic tools and have your liquids ready ....soapy water, lighter fluid, WD-40, alcohol, citrus products.....

I got the door sticker from the old door and decided to simply trim around the sticker and leave it on the metal and if I want I can pop rivet it to the new door or just put it in the glove box for reference as that's what I wanted it for to start with. Thanks for all the suggestions.
