having the damnest time shopping for a intake system that is compliant, does that really even madder? 63 and 77 are not, is the 57 fipk from 2007 compatable for 2008? would just buy the 63-1108 air charger if it dosnt madder! california has to be difficult, money no option just wana get sum more air in there!

 

Get a good intake, when you install it keep your stocker. When it's time to smog set the stock back in, don't even bother bolting it in.

If you go to a smog place with a non-carb o.e. Compliant part they can fail you on the spot.

 

Best bet, just call or email K&N and tell em what you're looking for. I'd be surprised if they didn't have something. My 2 cents, K&N tends to be WAY better than most brands, especially anything metal. The metal tubes will get hotter and sound tinny compared to the plastic stuff K&N uses.
