4.0 oil leak

4.0 oil leak

Hello all, I crawled under my truck the other day and I noticed that there was a small oil leak coming from two bolts on the block of the motor. These two bolts are in front of the oil pan and have rubber O rings around them. Does anybody have any idea of what they could be for?

This is a picture of the bolts that I was referring to, I was unable to get an actual picture of them..
