Then start over
Check if Engine starts if fuel is added manually( of so compression and spark are OK)
Check of You have fuel pressure at the injectors
Crank engine and check if spark plug tip is still DRY
Check any injector to see if its has 12volts on the red wire with key on
CEL comes on with key on
CEL goes off when cranking engine over

Only 3 things are needed for a cylinder to fire, on a gasoline engine
Compression, above 120psi
Spark, at the right time
Fuel, mixed with air

Are you trying to start this with the 10 year old gas or fresh gas?

Has fuel pressure. Spark plug tip is dry. Fuel injector has 12v. CEL goes off when cranking. I’m absolutely stumped on this and it’s getting annoying.

And it starts with 50/50 test?

1992 only used 2 ground wires from computer to injectors, on a V6 each ground wire is hooked to 3 injectors, usually odd/even so 1, 3, 5 on one wire and 2, 4, 6 on the other wire
This is called Batch Fire Fuel Injection
So for a spark plug tip to be DRY either the computer is not grounding both wires or both ground wires are broken

Scroll down on this page: Ford EEC-IV

Pins 58 and 59 are the injector ground wires on the 60 pin EEC connector
Unplug connector
Turn on the key
Pins 58 and 59 should show 12volts, if not then wires are broken

These injectors are only 16ohms and with key on it gets 12v on the one wire which passes thru it with almost no resistance so you will see that 12volts on its ground wire at the computer connector

Also with connector off, test EEC connectors ground wires, pins 16, 20, 40, and 60, should be 0 ohms to local ground

Shows 11.38 on pins 58, 59 but that might because I need to charge my battery

Then spark plugs should be WET with fuel after cranking unless you have 6 plugged injectors

I'm going to check the fuel injectors this week end and hope that its just that. I'll test the pins again to make sure I didn't mess up the test.
