Got a cracked upper intake housing ordered a new one, but my truck doesn’t have a EGR valve and the new intake manifold has an access port for it. How do you plug it and with what

 

That's odd it should have come with a block off plate and the 2 bolts
Call the place you got it from and see if they forgot to include it.....................or if they charge extra for it, lol

In any case its called an EGR Block Off Plate, I didn't see any listed for 1999 4.0l OHV engine, but they are a common size, local parts store may have one that fits
Since its on the intake it doesn't get too hot, so you can make a metal/plastic plate to cover the hole and hold it in place with 2 bolts, seal it of course
