since cams are relatively easy to swap on these motors and i'll be wrist deep in to it again shortly, does anyone do a nice lumpy grind for the sohc ranger?

search revealed a lot of "its so expensive" and "you have to pull the motor" which is incredibly defeatist for a diy community like ford usually attracts.
