Alright well i was testing out my tuner this afternoon and i was looking at the different options that i can adjust. Can i set the idle to low to where it could mess something up? How about the Spark? My truck does kind of wierd from 0-2000 rpms so does that mean that adjusting the spark could help? Im guessing that the spark adjustment is an advancement or retarting. I just want some advice on the adjustments that i can make.

DONT play with any of those settings unless you have a legitimate reason to. Its designed to not let the end user ruin their truck, but doug spends a lot of time tweaking his tunes, theres not really anything you could adjust on there to make an improvement.
