Best bang for buck

I have a $200 I can spend on my truck and I want something that adds HP. What is the best mod as far as HP goes that I could get for my truck?

2002 4.0L manuel xlt

If you know how many HP the product adds could you list that as well

Thanks Jake

I think bang for buck a programer is the best. Pulleys are a good second choice. Cold air intake might be something to think about also.

mac intake claims 10hp

i do know that there was a dyno sheet, stock truck ran like 180 on a dyno and after AEM intake and magnaflow exhaust he turned 201. not bad. but that is just one truck

I'm just missing the tuner. I have everything else installed. I just need $65 and I can get a dyno run.
