can a 3l be coverted over to a 4l?

i know on the outside the thee.o looks so much like the four.o and i know the engine mounts are diff...is the actual cylinder bored out bigger? or is the diff simply heads/thrttl body?

Completely different engines.

You can get a stroker kit from Morana racing to bump it up to a 3.3.
