Chain rattle
NO............not at all normal
Did you prime the long chain tensioners, soak them in oil before installing?
Disable fuel, pull fuel pump fuse or FP relay
Have someone crank over the engine and see if you can hear which chain is rattling
Pull that tensioner and then crank engine again to make sure oil is coming out of tensioners hole.
Did you use motorcraft tensioners or 3rd party?

Ok it's not bad but I do here a slight noise I mean I could be wrong on the chain rattle but I'm leaning more on that since I did not prime the tensioners before installing. Is there something I can do since I forgot to prime them
No, not at this point, they should have been cleared of air by now
The point of priming them is for first startup, like using assembly lube on the other parts
The priming makes them hard to press in, so chain stays tight on start up and doesn't bang on the guides
