Cured my hesitation/miss issues under load!!!
Well....thanks goes out to Justin(Toreador4x4) for the spot on guess as to my truck's issue. I've never seen it before....I knew it was spark related.
So my new 1,000 mile engine was having some missing issues while under load or acceleration...pretty much anytime the engine was put under load, there was a miss/hiccup/hesitation.
This was the culprit:

#1 cylinder spark plug ceramic cracked. 5 cracks that spawn from two single cracks 180 degrees from eachother.
I went out to clean the shop and lost any and all motivation to....so in the truck went to diagnose my little issue. My intention was to swap my old plugs in(APP5144's), swap my old wires on, swap my old coil on...all for process of elimation to find the problem. Half way through my wire swap and plug swap, I find the messed up plug. Went ahead and put in my Autolite Double Plat's that have around 30,000mi on 'em. I suppose I'll run these for a while......when I get new ones, should I go Autolite Double Plats like whats in it now or should I go Motorcraft OEM's??
Also went ahead and fixed my C110 plug that's threaded insert fell out. It was just clipped barely together, not bolted like it should be. Let the pics show the fun in that....

I think it got knocked around at the yard while they were pulling it, or transporting it, or while I transported it home(the engine).
And that plug looks like it came from Satan himself
I knew it i knew it! seen it happen too many times and the symptoms you described to me fit the bill.
either from the yard, transporting, installation, or not using rubber insulated socket.
glad its fixed!
