Skip on the K&N. Get something that protects the filter from engine heat like a Volant or Zabtech intake. You won't get much power from an intake and muffler change anyway so don't expect much. I run Magnaflow since I hate the way that a FLowmaster sounds on a 6 cylinder.

Magnaflow is going to pretty mellow. If you are wanting sound go with the Flowmaster Super 44.

yea i have the flowmaster og 40 series and it sounds good nice and deep at idle but kinda ricey after 4500 rpms
i did the airbox mod and threw on a k&n drop in filter it flows a little bit better but your gonna get a little suction noise that is fricken annoying but i think all aftermarket intakes do that

Check out my web page. Go to the exhaust page and you can hear what my magnaflow sounds like. (sound plays when page loads)

Magnaflow will provide more hp.. Someone did a thing and lost hp with a flowmaster over a magnaflow.

neither mod is worth your time or effort. Take off your heads and do some work on them.
