Engine Problems after Fuel Injector Swap

Hey guys, I searched everywhere and couldn't find a very good answer and wanted to see what y'all could tell me about this problem on my truck. I changed cylinder 5s fuel injector and once I got everything buttoned up to run, the truck was hesitating to start. Went by haynes and checked spark plug wires being crossed, electrical connections etc. everything checked out good.

Heres a short video of what the engine is doing at start to give y'all a little insight on whats going on.... YouTube - Engine

Any help is appreciated as I have to be at work at 2pm today and I have been up since yesterday morning fixing this darn truck!

Well if you watch the passenger side of the motor in the video you have quite a spark jump off something there. It sounds almost Exactly like mine did after I put new heads on it... come to find out I left off the vacuum line that attaches under the intake (right under about where the throttle butterfly is).... in the process also burnt a hole in the vacuum line by it laying against the exhaust manifold so had to replace that whole section.

In the video, the fresh air tube is not installed. That means that the engine is not drawing intake air through the MAF sensor and it will never run correctly in that condition. The giant spark jump noted above is another issue that needs to be addressed.
