so i finally got my ranger yesterday from the dealership, on my way home it starts shifting hard down to first from second and from first to second, im like WTF. so I bring it to the dealership and they just called and they said all it is is the Driveshaft yolk (SP) needs to be lubricated.

Any1 else ever have this problem? is it common?

 

its a common clunk that you feel when you normally stop and go, in a parking lot or on the street. Not sure about hard shifting though.
