You guys with '00-'03 running JBA headers, which did you get? Bob (rwenzing) I know you have the 03 4.0L w/o EGR. For that, anyone with the '04 4.0L running JBAs? I'd like to assume there's really not much difference? Do I need ones with EGR, or if I do which side, passenger or driver? Just curious at this time? Also, fwiw, are there other brands of headers that'll work with our years/engine? I know there's edlebrock, but I don't think they have an app for our year/engine

will the jba's mount up no-problem with the stock y-pipe?

 

I have an 01 SOHC. I have the drivers side EGR valve, but you will have to check in your bay becuase I'm not sure where it is on other years, if it even moved. Been to long since I have looked at that stuff.

im prety sure its just the 03 that does not have egr, get it with if ya dont have one plug it, im pretty sure its that easy

 

The manual shows EGR on the driver's side for 04. You should be able to see a stainless steel tube running from the front of the DS exhaust manifold to the EGR valve on the DS of the intake manifold near the throttle body.
