Help with 94 4.0 5spd

I am having severe problems with shifting after the truck warms up. It gets to the point where I have to shut my truck off to put it back in gear at a light, or if I need to back up. Any ideas? I need all the help I can get.

Manual Rangers are known to have slave cylinder problems due to a sh!tty design. Hell I have had to change my clutch 3 times in the 4 years I have owned this truck. Save money for labor if you can't pull the tranny yourself. For now just try bleeding it.
