1999 4.0 ohv piston/rod

when I received piston/rod assy back from machine shop all the rods are facing the same my question is do all six rod oil holes point to right of cyl block or should it be 3 to right bank ad 3 to left ?
Ford shop manual is not clear on this I have seen a post online about all the rod oil holes point to right of cyl block I just want to verify before assembly

It shouldn't matter, the holes are there to spray the cylinder walls, so specific to the cylinder they are in, left or right shouldn't matter.

But there are arguments in "V" engines for facing oil holes "inside", so Bank 1 oil holes face Bank 2 and visa versa.
But nothing "proven".

An online shop manual did say this about Ford 4.0l, " The oil hole in the connecting rod must face the RH side of the cylinder block"
But wasn't specific on 4.0l OHV or SOHC
