How to reach spark plugs? 4.0 2004

I swapped out 4 of 6 plugs and wires. I cannot see a way to "easily" remove plugs 2 & 3. Is there a trick or any advice? It took me hours to change the four (I removed passenger side wheel to access #1).

My truck is having misfires on start up (Cylinders 4 & 5, and they got new plugs and wires). I just want to change out these other 2 to be consistent and thorough. Thank you!

Thank you. I will investigate. I suspected removing the wheel well / liner was the way to go, but it was freezing cold out and that was affecting my psyche. Thanks.

I had a V8 Mustang that I had to cut out a section wheel well liner to get to rear plugs.
I went to wrecking yard and got a broken liner cheap, cut out a section and attached it over the cut out section, worked great.

Yep, remove the wheel and splash guard and they are right there. I had to use a stubby 3/4" wrench on the end of the spark plug socket to get the last one out.
