Mystery Connector and Hose

About to finish putting my 2000 4.0 V6 back together, but I found a connector and hose that I can't find a home for. The connector is on the passenger side and the hose is on the driver's side. Can someone help me identify them?

Connector (passenger side).
Side view of connector.
Hose (driver's side).
The hose is connected to this tee.

First picture looks like MAF sensor.
Second looks like Oxygen sensor.

Can't help you with the hose, but guessing EVAP system.

Okay- it looks like the electrical connector is for a fog light or something because there is a similiar one on the other side of the engine bay that is also not used and zip-tied to a bundle. This truck does not have fog lights.

The hose is connected to the vapor canister purge valve, and I think it needs to be connected to the throttle body or intake manifold somehow? Can someone point out where this connection should be made?
