Oil in intake tube 4.0 SOHC

Oil in intake tube 4.0 SOHC
2003 4.0 SOHC I keep getting oil in to the intake tube from the crankcase breather tube and the only thing I can think that would be the cause is oil level to high but its only 1/16th if that above xxxxx line on the dip stick. Please help
