I know a ton of people will say search but I want to hear opions on what plugs people liked along with wires

If nothing is done to your motor(more than bolt ons), just run factory plugs and wires,

I used the Autolite 5144 plugs which are basicly an exact clone of the Motorcraft plugs. However since you have a '99 with the OHV 4.0 your part number will be different.

Ford coilpacks are fickle. I would just run Autolites which is what Ford uses, but rebranded. I used off the shelf wires from the parts store...
