Question/cel

My check engine light is on, got the codes and it's the old fav lean bank 1 & 2.
My question is will this hose/pipe elbow with a small split in it cause a vaccum leak(see pictures).

This is the top of the engine with the throttle body cover removed.

The middle pipe on the elbow two small splits. What's the part called?

Yes, that is an elbow in the the PCV system and it is a common leaker on the 4.0 SOHC. Codes are usually P0171 and P0174 or similar.
