radiator

ok i have a 94 ranger 4x4 4.0 auto, my truck started to over heat when i was driveing it, so i pullled over and check it, it was a 1 gallon short, but then there was steam coming out of where the air would come out, there is to two hoses that come from the water pump, they go to the heater, both hoses go to the passenger side fire wall , the one hose that is closer to the passenger side has a cut in it, but i cant see where or how the steam got in, and when i turn on the heater steam gets in ................................. its fixed very easy four screws drop out put in finished but know my truck wont start up wtf

Is it leaking from the cut in the line? Otherwise check your passenger side floor for antifreeze

ok it the hose that comes from the water pump, there are to small hoses that come from the water pump, and then you have the radiator hose, im not talking about the radiator hose,im talking about the to smaller hoses, that go in the fire wall, on the passenger side, now its the hose that is closer to the passenger side that has the leak so im going to fix it

Drain it, there is a cover that makes it simple to get out, I think 4 or 5 screws and it comes out.
